Survey tenant electrical equipment and establish the tenant's monthly electric charge in accordance with the terms of the lease
Assist in the quarterly billing of rent inclusion tenants due to changes in the building's electric cost resulting from changes in utility rates
Resurveying as a third party to assist in dispute management
